I think I know what he means. He means better vehicles probably like so they automatically spawn without the need of modding the map

"They" would be Lord Lagger.

It's likely that "They" are not making a new one. Import Island was a one-time deal, and it wasn't really made to be a map that people would play.
If you want something so bad, make it yourself.
