Decided to check this forum again (actually only this thread).

dpddpd: It shows up when the mod is installed. The better way to do it is to change vehicles somewhere in the scnr (look for references in there), but there are still some secrets hidden.

Beast: Monoman changed max and spawn ammo to 9999, and made it so that 9999 rounds are added to your clip per second, for most weapons. But I'm a bit busy at the moment.

does anyone know of a way to completely invisibilate yourself by actually deleting the file which contains your image so you simply do not appear.. THAT WOULD BE SO FUNNY!

While I was lookign at the hexedit code I found something very interseting that mignt have something to do with vhehicle and wepone locations. Heres the addresses for the wepones: 00cc91a0 to 00cc9c10 then the vehicle addresses are 00cca990 to 00ccab90.

I think that the offset list should be moved to the mod dev forum so only REAL modders can so the offsets.

HexEdit was mentioned earlier in this thread. It's much like a text editor, but it's a hex editor.

HexEdtior is another. First of all it isn't as free, but I don't think you care too much since Halo isn't either (and I'd rather see Halo's code than the hex editor's, from a Halo modding perspective). Its main advantages are that it can show data in several formats (most people don't understand them all by themselves, or can't work with them well), and that it has multiple undoes. Its main disadvantages are the inflexible editing, and that it can't show much at once.
