I want to work on the plasma pistol. I also thought of something else to make my weapon... Maybe I will still make it. Lets see... Any modeling tutorials for Esc 0.7 around here?
EDIT: Ugh. Apparently Esc doesnt yet support injecting models. Does anyone here know how to do this. My OBJConverter and HMT's are both screwed up. They have never worked (apart from D-swapping) correctly, which I why I gave up on injections and conversions altogether. But there is this one thing I have always wanted to add. Anyone who can inject models, drop me a PM please. Hopefully this weapon will finally exist in a mod. Its so awesome...

I have an idea that could make this mod cooler and more like a collab. In the hud of each weapon the modder could put their name, like in small letters at the bottom? Inject the bitmaps? Then when you have that weapon out you can see who made it.

open up the map and go into the bitm tag
find the bitm you want to edit
click export, put it on your desktop or somewhere
when you're done in ps, click import (not inject)
now your bitmaps.map file is updated with your new bitmap, however it is not yet injected into bloodgulch.map (so for others to see the change they need that version of bitmaps.map).
On hdm there is a bitmaps internalizer that, once you have imported the bitm, will allow you to inject it into bloodgulch.map. Note: you have to make bloodgulch.map full version (use demo hack, also on hdm) before you can open it in the internalizer.
