When developing mods using several different folder, I still ilke to use the alias for bloodgulch/ui/b30/bitmaps (although I always internalize changed bitmaps with Eschaton) and then select a new original when I want to switch maps. Makes things extremely easy when developing mods. But for regular gaming, nil's Halo Demo Launcher works well. It moves the map files to it's Application Support folder in the Macintosh HD Library folder.
