Here's a readme cuz' I'm so kind and readme-obsessed.

Changes:
AR shoots pistol bullets at high speeds, effectively the most powerful weapon.
Pistol is slightly less powerful than AR and lower ROF
Shotgun is more powerful
Banshee is replaced with Ghost which shoots AR Rounds which have very high damage.

That's about it..
He's planning on maaking a V2 with better balance..based on my comments XD
