You can't just say to people no flaming a certain user, it's how the user chooses to post to determine if he will be flamed. For the ban, it won't be very useful since no one usually gets banned.

Maybe a special tag for a weapon, vehicle, effect, scenery, in Halo Demo, just a suggestion.
