why bother asking, it is not one piece of scenery, just a bunch of logs. It is not like he made a tag for it, so I don't see why you need to ask.

because he placed the logs in a particular way.

it is a birdge of logs. a nice bridge of logs.

if i create a bridge of logs too i would not be original because he already did.
(unless i didn't know about his mod)

he may've been angry! he could've thinked "ARGH! THAT BASTARD CREATED A LOG BRIDGE JUST LIKE MINE! GRGRGRGRG"

I understand your caution and reasoning behind it, but seriously it took him what? 30 seconds at the most to duplicate and move the logs into that order? also like I said before he did not make a tag for it, it is not a custom created object, it does not matter if someone else uses it. If anything he should take that as a compliment that the idea he had was good enough for someone else to use it as well.

bnc- that took me some hours because sword edit kept crashing my maps.

it seemed good as a concept! not really "genial" but was really a good idea to place they that way.

and i dont like to steal concepts! D: i asked it because... i dont know! it's natural for me to ask this kind of stuff! am i wrong?
