That doesn't look very fun to me.

Wow, it looks very creative and that a lot of work has been put into it, but it might be hard finding others in this map during gameplay. :)

Interesting idea, but if you can get on-top of the Grid's pieces, it won't really work.

Nice.

I adjusted the running speed and jumping height to allow you to jump from grid piece to grid piece. Also, the first image above is from 1.0. In the latest version, I added platforms in the sky. Die, (Stinky?) (two HD players) and I were having fun making up a duel challenge in the sky.

The banshees are hidden, but can be discovered with a bit of searching on the cave (western?) side of the map. Bullets ricochet and so do rockets... it can be pretty fun.

As the mod before, this one was a "quickie", mostly due to the nature of duplicating objects in SwordEdit, where the spacing is even every time. Go ahead and look at the map in SE from the sky's perspective, and you'll see what I mean about even spacing.

Very... different.

Allowing players atop the pieces kind of ruins the Grid's effect; by going on top of the grid, one bypasses the ground's segmented spaces in favour of a large open one, much like the original BG. However, if you were looking to create dimensionality through the second level, creating a similar grid above the first would be a good idea: that way, you could have two levels of play, yet preserve the grid's effect and maze-like theme.

Food for thought.

P.S. Make sure you don't trod too heavily upon the work of others.

Looks awesome, but I'm not playing halo anymore, so I'll never experience it. :( (Call of Duty 4, again)

I haven't played the mod so I can't be considered a fair judge (feel free to continue considering me a cracka). Just seems that from the looks of it it'd be really easy to run and hide when low on health and shields, making battles last too long/end without a clear victor.
