[MOD] Team E.L.I.T.E

this mod changes all the enemies in campaign to elites with energy swords and instead of a warthog there is a ghost
there are 3 different elites

light blue- does pretty much nothing
blue- attacks you, immune to being run over
orange- a crazy killer (this one is tough), will attack your vehicle, has high health also, jumps, can spot you from far away
