I NEED HELP ALSO THE RENDER

im trying to make a full scale remake of the town WHiterun from Skyrim, biut i dont know where to start. Its on a hill in skrim therefore its not completely flat, and none of the areas im looked at in game yet, have a shape that would work without having to do massive amounts of digging. therefore i went to check the world render and realized that the rendered world only shows the "Old World". Am i mising something? cuz i need a big friggin view of the map and i dont wanna have to scan the world by hand for flatness.
