Mac Gaming Mods

I'm thinking of allowing flying on the main server. How do you guys feel about this change? Would you prefer it stayed a no-fly server?

Flying = Epic

or u could do the feather mod which also works.

He means a clientside flymod. Might as well, I mean I still managed to use mine even when the server has it disabled.

Bunneh, you could always use it, just not for long periods of time. Allowing it will allow you to fly forever, though the client side might be a good idea.
I vote yes for it, seeing as how you still take damage if you suddenly fly when falling from a cliff (at least I do...not sure about you guys) when you halt when you fly.

Are you going to have some tp mods up Mono? Don't see how it can be a major game changer or anything, just convenience.

Kayar I don't think wants it. and monoman can't apply client side flying for us we have to install the mod ourselves he can just enable it on the server but I have it and have had it for a while but I think you shouldn't cause its fun having a challenge to build things with flying it would just make it to easy, sure we would see more large buildings being made but it takes the fun out or it to a degree.

Im going to vote no as this takes the point out of my space program.

I don't use any flying hack, therefore i don't care.

The only advantage to me would be not being randomly kicked for flying anymore.

This is a rather large annoyance... So... I dunno. I don't care as much now as I did, because after all, everyone uses flying anyway, it seems.

Edit: Okay, fucking hell. I was crafting a piston, and then in the middle of me crafting, I got fly kicked for no reason. And when I came back, all the materials for the piston I was making were missing. This has to be fixed, I no longer care if people fly, I just want to be able to play Minecraft normally for fuck's sake.

This happened once with a stack of diamonds while I was moving it, and another time with a cake.

There would be an option for people to fly on the server who do not have the client-side flymod installed. You can check the test server for how that works.
