I realize the amount of my topic creation is uncanny right now. Sorry. But I was wondering about how often the map get's rendered? I don't know how much of a pain that is. And also, is the map known to be ~50 blocks off?
Okay I was going to show pictures but with mac's genius screen capture you can't see where my mouse is pointing on the map and you can't see my coords in minecraft. There's probably an easy way to do it but I didn't realize that these things happened until later and I didn't feel like going back and getting new pics. I might later though. Anyway, specifically, if you look at the portal featured in this picture on the map you will see the coords do not line up at all if you go there in game. The coords of this portal in game appear in the water at the bottom of the island on the map.

I posted about this earlier. Best to determine co-ords in game, use pythagorean theorem to calculate distance.

Ghosts, you can post a link to the coordinates to show people areas on the map instead of taking a screenshot.

If you click "Get the link" box it will give you a link to the stop you are viewing.
