Yes, agreed on fresh new start with Taxi. Might as well put up some signs at spawn and have an organized spawn system.
Going to throw some ideas out here:
The villages look awesome. I can't wait for Classic Mode implementation! New UI looks slick, hoping to get it soon. Rivers are going to be awesome, you can have amazing structures on/across them. The new food code makes me a little apprehensive, while it is interesting to have the Om Nom Nom eating, you can't instantly heal yourself in dangerous situations.

This looks so amazing, I agree. We should have a new world but get to mcedit one of our buildings (id choose my small brick one because everyone hates my cobble). Maybe do a command shift 4 on the area you want? Just a suggestion. New duengons look cool.

NO!!! D: I vote for a new seed! We have the chance to choose any new seed, dude!! Let's find a good one that doesn't make all those shitty shaped caves like in the current one!!

… come on, don't tell me you guys liked the caves this seed generated..?! I've played maps with much better ones!! (i am not talking about ores quantity, that'd be dumb. I am talking about all the hard-to-access tunnels and branches that would just repeat themselves for all the caves… >_<)


EDIT: PS: You know. How you always ended up in the room with the overhanging short tunnel that leaded nowhere but had to be lit or it would spawn endless enemies? and with the two parallel corridors that would eventually connect? And those spiraling, tall tunnels flooded with water?
I don't think any cave i have explored has ever lacked any of these traits.

Notch has already stated to stop looking for good seeds from 1.7 to use in 1.8, the generating biome structures and stuff are different already.

We can put the test server up when 1.8 comes out to test out new seeds if everyone wants. Also, for the current world we can have a portal to it so we can still go to it when we have a new main world.

Every world we have a portal to right now, Monoman generated with MCEdit (I believe? Or some tool never used any of these things so don't know their capabilities.) So he can take the world we currently have and save it as it's own world with a portal to it as he did with all the other worlds we have.
