As far as converting this mod to a mac friendly format, it isn't needed. Stuffit unpacks the .rar file, or you can use the .zip download.
I opened the mod up and saw a few minor texture problems with some of the bushs, but you should be able to put this right in your mod folder and play it without any serious problems.

found a cool complex buried in the
Funny Bush map and Homer Simpson
works in the other...don't drink the heavy water.
There's some weird nuclear tech guys available
for deployment in the actor file....for demolition
work....this map should come with a postblast
map....a la the nuclear winter for the castle
map that i think Preacher made.
Yellow snow.....no visibility.......
and yer guys die in
fifteen no matter what.
