That isn't 1Gb, thats 1G, I didn't mean 1 Gigabyte, I meant 1st Gen, and thats general notation at least where I have seen.

Un JB'd would be not jailbroken software, after all it is right from Apple's server and they haven't even released a 3.0 jailbreak yet.


Btw, Safari sometimes unpacks in automatically, so if you want to go poking around the package contents that is great, but if you want to use it you are kinda screwed. So download it with Firefox or other to be safe.

Hmmm... Looks like Apple caught the mistake. It returns errors when you go to the pages. Anyone want to zip this or something and share it for a couple downloads before removing it? I didnt get here in time and would rather not like to buy an update if I get a Touch in the future. Need to replace my Mini.... Been wanting video, pics, games, and internet for a while now. And isnt there a Skype App?

Apple always does this. People who buy the update can do a scan to find out where the update is coming from, and share it.
It happens every time they release an update that isn't free. So they have the change the URL around to keep leachers off.

btw guys, since I had this a week before all of you, you might want to know that you cannot go back to an earlier OS version once it is installed.
