Oh no no no no no...you dont understand...you WANT to be gamers...its funny when mac 'gamers' want to be like PCs.....

PC's were built to thrive...Macs were built for A/V and other small shizzle....

Unless you have a really nice G5...no way you can play the gg's out there

do you know the percentage of how many mac users use one of the old iMacs?

well...'old' (not including the G5)

The nonG5 iMacs cant change most of the hardware....makes the horrible for gaming and anything other than AV stuff....

Towers get expensive to take care of after a while too

(PC parts are cheap now adays....easy to get a nice computer)

PC parts are cheap cuz production rate is high :/ there are actually only like.. 3-5 PC companies that actually produce their own products, other ppl just buy the product from one of the producers, maybe change the colour a little and stick their own logo on

if more people used macs then maybe it would start to get cheaper

but then again, apple always tries to put the best quality parts in their computers, that's why they are so expensive... my friend worked at a mac store for quite a while and he told me that apple mostly makes money from selling accessories and software, they make a very small % of profit for each computer they sell

but really, i think the people think macs sux cuz they only see the people use old imacs... usually from public schools, and stuff

you can ask some PC user who hates macs if they know wut a G5 is, and they'd probably reply 'wtf is that?'

Macs are so bloody expensive....if they werent they'd skyrocket in buy rate.....i think Apple would save money if they were to drop the ammount for the new G5......only PC i've seen for that much is an Alienware....and their just like Macs....over priced and iffy

You go get a nice Windows computer and a G4...you tell me which one runs GAMES better (not those cheezy mac games but good games)

Macs are about the same price as PC's similar specs. and so on

A top level G5 dual 2.5 Ghz Mac is expensive but then with the same spec so would a PC.

But if you want to play games and just game then buy a PC, PC's dont display games any better than a Mac, game developers simply cater to the larger PC market.

So basicaly STOP bitchin about the Mac PC thing its boring and holds no water, if all I wanted to do was game I would buy an Xbox, a Playstation, and a Cube and save money.

When I said Macs were expensive...I mean if you add up all the price to buy a good G5 and the best version of VPC...AND both PC and Mac games...you get really expensive

Most get a mac thinking their alot better for gaming...Macs do have good video cards cuz they were made for AV....doesnt mean their better for it...

TRUE they could be good for gaming...but not many producers make games for Macintosh OS's
