I know how to put in the numers kind of like codes but tried to type in random numbers in hex edit and it didn't work want to make a mod plz help!!!!

Yeah man, learn up on hex a bit and read some of the tuts that are already all over this forum. Once you do that, ask a more specific question if you are still lost.
