I am starting to make a new site cause my last really sucked. If you are to lazy to click on either of the links below, here it is: http://pickoffster.googlepages.com.

However, i notice that SI19's mods on his site download straight from is site as far as i can tell, but whenever i try to upload a mod firefox crashes. Any help?

It worked for me on my Googlepages, which I will pretty much only use to store files. I used the black style that SleepingInsomniac19, Foxrun, and others have because in my opinion that is one of the two or three good themes.

Ok. Btw, syps site's downloads link for a sec to something called "exloads" i think, but i cant seem to get to "exloads.com." I think this would be a better idea than what i am currently doing (linking to the file on filefront), as it downloads automaticly, so what is "exloads"?

The good thing about exoload is that you can direct link to files. That is the only site that I know of which permits that. The bad thing is that even if you register, the max file size is 10MB.

Eh, I don't find that bad or an inconviance. If there is a huge file I need to upload, then I'm going to suggest http://www.rapidshare.de because, the maximum file size to succeed is 100 MB. That's allways good. But, it takes like, 5 minutes to just download the file. You have to click, "Yes, Download" like, 5 times.

What ever. That's my lecture about upload websites.

If anyone needs to upload a large image, freeimagehosting.net is the place to go. The max size is 2500KB. Hahaha, yeah, it takes five minutes just to get the download to start on RapidShare. I think that anyone who actually pays the ~$10 a month for a premum account or whatever is a fool.

For large files like b30, i use http://www.filefront.com. Unlimited storage, a 1 GB upload limit, and free. You need to register, but its worth it.

The bad thing about filefront is that it is annoying as hell to download from.

EDIT: For some reason, to upload a file to YourFileLink and receive a download link, I have to upload the file twice using the advanced uploader....

I encountered this problem as well when I tried uploading Plasmie Practice. I don't know why it did it. But since then I've been stuffing my mods into .sitx format and providing a link to Stuffit Expander on my page.

And the best file uploading site I've found for big files is http://www.sharebigfile.com. I think it's down right now, but the download speeds are great, the upload speeds are great. And it even has a progress bar that tells you how long it'll take to upload the file and tracks the speed of your upload. Other than that I just use my (free) 1 GB storage that I got from somebody. :P I love Cyberduck.
