i got Halo full,and have problems

i got Halo full,and have problems

this is my THIRD time getting halo full(the other two times were on PC)
and i experience horizontal tearing constantly,and i left the video settings alone
i need help!
(monorail cat is NOT obsolete)

Set your video settings to VSYNC or 30FPS that should fix the problem.
