Halo 2.0.4 update
http://www.destineergames.com/support/u ... r-(US).zip
I don't know how long this update link will last, but get it if you can. This will bring up to date with version 1.09 on the PC and you will still be able to play online. Destineer and macsoft websites read 2.0.4 a day or so ago, but now it is back to saying 2.0.3 and the 2.0.4 download link is gone. THIS DOES NOT FIX LINES ON WATER OR GROUND FOR THOSE ON NEWER NVIDIA CARDS!
When I get around to releasing my shaders I am working on there will be a fix for the ground lines in it that still works with this new update. Good news is that cube-maps get rendered a bit better in this one so expect sexy screenshots of my shader project soon in relation to this.

Anything I should pay attention to, I don't see ANY differences.

xD Well, maybe it's all graphics, because my graphics card is an old geezer.
Re: Halo 2.0.4 update
Wow it's a patch for Online play do you think that bungie would upgrade the graphics after 8-9 years?

>_> Well, it's been awhile since I've updated it.
Re: Halo 2.0.4 update
Graphics and such would require updated, remade map files. Updates to the game are engine-specific.olly12345 wrote:Wow it's a patch for Online play do you think that bungie would upgrade the graphics after 8-9 years?
Re: Halo 2.0.4 update

Which was my point, exactly.Spartan-006 wrote:I don't think that can all be in a patch.
Re: Halo 2.0.4 update
What has been changed is how the binary file handles the shaders ingame.
