Mac Gaming Mods

if you mod a PC map with eschaton 8.1, can you pear it or something to mac demo/full?

You can pearl it to demo or you can just run it in full. however you may need to rebuild in Eschaton for it to work in full.
In short:

PC Full > Mac Full = Compatible In some cases a rebuild with Eschaton 0.81 is required.

PC Full > Pearl > Mac Demo Semi compatible (May not work depending on protection or error in map file)

Mac Full > PC Full = Should be compatible

PC Trial > Mac Demo = Rebuild should make it compatible

CE > Pearl > Demo = Mostly compatible

CE > Harbinger > Mac Full = Mostly Compatible (Has a lower success rate than pearl)

CE > Harbinger > PC = Not tested as far as i know.

for the CE convert does your full maps folder have to be mac?

It doesn't matter.

^ You sir, are a fail. It uses references from the map folder sometimes. I think. o_O

so what does that mean? it needs to be mac or pc maps folder?

It should just need to be a folder with all the full maps.
