Accessible only using the game: Halo CE.
If you mean players hosting CE conversions, then it's because less than 1% of Halo PC players mod, and less than 1% of modders have access to converted maps (Read: PC users don't have C#MT and can't do full map conversions as easily).

someone shoul d make some dedicated server so you dont have to talk to ppl on this when ever you want to play aganst ppl

ask sword to do a few new maps like coag, falujah, paranoid, Prime C3, & No Remorse

ask him to host a dedi with those maps
