Mega-Multiplayer Problem, effects EVERYONE!

The new official Halo PC Hotfix from Bungie updates Every server, Mac or PC(mac users may be able to host but only other mac users could join, idk, maybe). Bungie hasn't released one for mac, bye bye multiplayer, there are a few servers still working at the time though. If anyone AT ALL knows if there is an update for mac, please post it here

No guys, PPC version doesn't work for multiplayer anymore, only an update for intel

Users that have the PPC version will not be able to play multiplayer, there are a few servers but not really working right, when i was there most of the people had macs, Darn, i have the PPC version on my intel, i will have to buy another halo,

The update works for the UB version of halo. For those who don't know the lingo, UB stands for UNIVERSAL BINARY. Normally applications of this type actually have two executables included one for each chip type and when you install, only one of those is installed onto your HD. So to be clear, it doesn't lock out PPC users. It just locks out those who are too cheap to buy the $5 upgrade. Before there wasn't much reason to upgrade. Now there is.

It "works" but not well. Halo demo works on intel but it's a PPC app. It just runs under rosetta the built-in emulation layer OSX has. Take it from someone who used to use the PPC version on an intel laptop. It works, but the difference it makes as far as how well it runs is a world of difference.
