Mod Request

I was wondering if somone could make a mod for the BloodGulch map but on the Halo Demo. I was thinking of a sort of Grand Theft Auto type of Mod. Such as You can Jack Hogs or Shees the the other team is in. It would also be cool if you can make weopens shoot out trash such as slim bottles anything you would find nasty in a trash dump also, it would be funny if you could write funny things on the walls such as suck my dick bitch etc. Please tell me if you try to make this possible.

Also can somone tell me how to make a mod?

Only one is possible. Writing on walls is a simple mod using bullet holes. Thats about it.
