is there some sort of SDK for RSD, or do i have to do it from scratch? Because im looking into making some maps, as i havehad some experiance making half-life maps for PC

No, there is no SDK for RS. RS only has the rsb plugin and IGOR, which are both for the PC. To make maps or guns you would need 3d Studio Max.
As for your other question in FAQ section, the difference between PC and Mac versions is long filenames and some minor characters in some of the text files. Although if you started the mod with the intention of making it for the Mac then you wouldn't run into these problems.

The minimium requirements are 512 MB RAM and 500 MB swap space minimum (1GB RAM and 2GB Swap Space Recommended).

i have gmax on my skoo computers, but its freakin horrible

I do know how to modify maps for RSD, only things u need is:
- RSB Converter;
- Graphic Converter;
- And a litle aknowledge about how to make ur own Armpatch.

btw, it realy works i used alot on GR, u can even play with ppl who dont have the modded files then.

DarkRaver, you can explain it here. Start a new topic if you do. That way people can respond to what you are doing. Also, Spartacus was referring to making new maps for RSD not just retexturing them.
