Thats because there isn't any maps playable on single player.

Lol, but if i Download multiplayer maps, (the rock, fortress, etc.)
I can't play offline anymore
Why?
And if i join a GR game, who are playing that maps, i crash the whole game

None of the maps or mods will stop you from playing single player or LAN games. Are you sure you are the one crashing the game? Do you crash when you are hosting?
