It was probably just a bar transparency glitch, combined with high cpu processing... No idea really, just a wild guess.
Actually, I looked at it again, and it looks like maybe finder was crashing, I get something similar like that Finder gets a bit on the heavy side.
PS.. your dock makes me dizzy...

And what would that be?
The armaments which thunderstrike the walls
And monarchs tremble in their capitals.
The oak leviathans, whose huge ribs make
Of lord of thee, and arbiter of war;
Alike the Armada's pride, or spoils of Trafalgar.

Well, I personally only use P2P for free, royalty free items, such as stock photo packs that people have thrown together, or music.
As packs of these items is generally hard to find via web browsing.

^Fail
I'm talking about downloading 'Free' Royalty free music. As in, people created it, they don't sell it, and it's royalty free.
That's illegal why? It's the same thing as downloading songs from sites such as
http://freeplaymusic.com/
You sir, fail and have no idea what you are talking about.

Sorry i'm stoopid LimeWire and other P2P Cleints say it is legal because technically it's just a "file sharing" service and it is not held responsible for the files that are downloaded onto the system. Only the users are responsible. That's why, when you download songs from LimeWire, it's legal for them, but NOT for you.
