There Any Photoshop Cs2 Plugin-in ?
Open Up the Dss ( or maybe Dds xD wtf )
And how to put it.

hmm... i once needed it too, but wasn't able to find a decent one. D: so i started using graphic converter X to export the dds, and then edit them in photoshop. <.<


... i think. o_o try to google it.
