yeah its me again... i come with a mod without CE weps OR vehicles. :D
as said: Mod name: snow grove the mod is a WIP still,
but its got lotsa goodies.
List of stuff:
New CMT bsp
Crashed dropships
----) billions of sniper spots ----)
Needler
Active camo perk (press flashlight to use it, creds for that to sparky.)
lots of tunnels
new shaders
and more to come

Fansy.

Perhaps start with a single concept and work around it. Coming up with a single theme and working with it seems the best way to make something fun.

For example, how about internalizing all the bitmaps with Eschaton, then making them polka-dotted?

It's not good to give up before you've really started. Don't go for the grandiose spectacular on your first run. Rather, do what Sparky said: come up with a single theme, and then work around it. One of my first mods was Covenant Attack, where the player was an Elite in the campaign. So, since you were an elite, I modded other aspects of the game to go with the player's newfound eliteness, such as a Ghost instead of a Warthog, Elites as allies and Marines as enemies, etc.

Looks okay, but you might want to give it a new name, there's already a mod up on HDM called snow grove.
(monorail cat is NOT obsolete)
