In a near-future Russia, there is no order. Anarchy and Civil War reign the country. A year after "Operation Flagstaff", the assassination of ultranationalist leader Varfolomei Naverashkev, the Russians are back and more powerful than ever following military support from North Korea against the Americans.

On the way to a meeting in Helsinki, Finland, Air Force One carrying the President of the United States is detoured from going over the Atlantic, due to a massive no-fly zone over the sea. The flight is redirected to overfly the northern part of Russia, which is in anarchy and chaos. The flight is escorted by a full naval fleet and several fighter squadrons. What will happen to Air Force One? Stay tuned.

In an attempt to "fight fire with fire", the US government initiated "Operation Flagstaff", the mission to assasinate the leader of the "Sons of Maxim", Varfolomei Naverashkev. Will the mission succeed? Watch and see.
