I didn't know where to make my first post, so...

HI!
nice too meet you all, I'm sharky!
I go on Halo Demo a lot, I have full but never play the multiplayer, I mod, and LOVE plasma rifles and covenant and waffles and fish.

I met TaxiService on halo and he invited me to join this forum, and so here I am!

As for modding, I'm not very good at it. I only know how to mess around with stuff on Eschaton.

I like to make movies, and have recently made this short movie an army of grunts and sword elites fighting the covenant on legendary. (yea, its a mod)

he was testing a mod! he was experimenting by himself!!! and not something like AR-shooting-tank-shells, he was working with collisions! and itmcs!

• - i'd suggest you to check halo demo section too! there's a bit more activity there.
  - in the homepage you can find some modding packs.
  they comprises application and tutorials... lot of stuff that you may need...
  - try not to double post. you know? <.< it's pretty much hated around all the interblags.
  - sooo... yeah!! just look around, do not fear asking questions and try not to spam. <.<

what do you mean by character mod?
do you mean changing yourself into a different character?
Or
changing enemys into different characters?

and because i dont want to waste time for you to reply i will answer them both.

Change yourself into a Grunt

open up the dependency swapper in eschaton and scroll down and choose matg
scroll down and find Characters/cyborg/cyborg and replace it with Characters/grunt/grunt
open your mod up in halo and test it

Change your enemys into marines

open up the dependency swapper in eschaton and choose bipd
scroll down and find Characters/elite/elite and replace it with Characters/marine/marine
open your mod up in halo and test it
do the same with grunts

Note:you dont have to use elites or grunts you can use any character

anyways, always make sure you research what your talking about before you post, and to search the forums, before posting a question. cause most likely, the chances are that its alreadybeen answered theres a search link at the top.

and actually... sharky doesnt seem a bit noobish. he may be new, but he's got more qualities than you and many other people have here.
(notice he was experimenting, something i've been trying to get across our forums for awhile now)
