I don't know if it's possible, but can you make it where you don't see the needles or flashlights through things?

The ghost always took damage.

Its obvious you have never rocketed a ghost much in campaign.

And in the NORMAL Silent Cartographer there are no Ghosts.

Yes, well, good on you for putting them in. I never noticed they weren't in Silent Cartographer, it isn't my fave map... to say the least.
