Vehicles already spawn in maps. If you want to spawn tanks and ghosts, you'll need to use new gametypes. Use Taxi's Gametype Builder or something (You can download it
here.)

Having a ton of snipers at the end of everything you say does NOT make you cool.
You can also just replace scenery in the scnr tag.

Go to scnr, select a scenery tag, in the box where it says scen type vehi. Then swap the vehicle you want in.

...im pretty sure that is non-css even for people with the map, It makes the person (not the host) see two different vehicles, one where the scen is, and one where the blue base glitch is (of course the one where the scen was will no longer exist once it spawns at blue base so you might have sum trouble driving it). However, if the person joins and you then restart the game, it will be all hunkey-dorey cause the vehicle will already be spawned at the blue base and you will only see one vehicle =]

Vehicles would also suddenly spawn in the blue base's warthog, and start exploding there.

they dont explode silly... the game just tries to spawn to many things in the same place at the same time. And so far there is no way of getting around that problem..
