Meh. I wasnt a horrible mod because there wasnt enough to mod away. I am fair and just, however. And I can usually tell when a topic is just going to end up turning bad and should really be deleted for the original poster's sake.

If we gave some people like monk, draconic, modzy, seabeast, seafire, and I minimal powers such as post deletion and post editing it would make things easier for others.

Ok, I notice that some of my post were deleted and probably for the better. I think I have a solution. Lets get shadow back. Lets have altimit have control of the entire forum. And monoman should get 5 more moderators. I changed my mind perhaps taxi should be a moderator. Mostly because he is here alot and has so many posts. I seriously and deeply appologize for my past. I looked back at my older posts. They are all spam. No doubt. They have to do with the topic, but have like a million exclamtion points and smileys. I looked and for a minute said WOW that was me? And then looked and saw I have changed a bit, but not enough. So now I have decided to change. Because change is good. And MGM needs change. I love this place. I don't want to leave. So I'm gonna make sure I don't.

We should just expand the range of the ones we have. Such as letting Alt moderate the whole forum.

Our community is very small, there really isn't a need for more than one or two moderators.

Now, if we were a bit larger, say 50 or so active members, then it would be reasonable. But right now we're only about 15 strong.
Unless the site grows a bit more we shouldn't anymore mods.

The only active catagories that need moderation are General and Halo Demo (Spam doesnt Count). Our moderators are already doing a great job as it is.

Just to let ya'll know, shadow is quite active when it comes to forum management. Probably more so than myself. If a mod is doing their job right you'd never even notice they were there. Right now we've got a little under 500 posts awaiting deletion in a trash section and that's low compared to some other times in the year.
