Ill be getting both SC2 and Diablo3 in 2010 when I get a new computer. Thats on top of the planned Crossover for most of the Source games (mostly for Gmod, TF2 and L4D), CoD4 or MW2 for Mac, and possibly an attempt for Fallout 3.
The normal MacBook should have had an upgrade cycle by then.

How can you be sure of that? Snow Leopard should be backwards compatible, just as many games and apps for Tiger were on Leopard.

All applications bundled with Snow Leopard will no longer have their PPC code (No longer UB) which makes then much smaller, MB wise.
This most likely means Snow Leopard will be Intel ONLY. But, it doesn't mean only Intel apps will work, anything that works in Leopard should work in Snow Leopard.
