Uhh... My friend is trying to log on and she gets a failed to connect error and an unknown host. Is there a whitelist or is this clientside?

What is address is she using to connect? My guess is she is not using 25567 port.

I propose a communal building of a railway from somewhere in spawn to the portals. Too many people have no idea how to get there.

Also, there is a fourth portal that has appeared.

It doesn't have to be fancy. A line of cobble or whatever going from, say, spawn or finished safehouse to the portals. Either way we have a nether system going.
