its funny reading the temperatures you post cause when you say 32 degree weather it means hot for me.
you use fahrenheit and we use celsius.
heres a table to help you understand.

°C °F Description
-----------------------------
100 212 Water boils
40 104 Hot Bath
37 98.6 Body temperature
30 86 Beach weather
21 70 Room temperature
10 50 Cool Day
0 32 Freezing point of water
-18 0 Very Cold Day
-40 -40 Extremely Cold Day

so when you say 35 degrees, im like "well beach weather!"
but what your really saying is its 0 degrees C. so its cold.
where i live it barely gets to 0 degrees C. (32 degrees F)
but further south of where i am it gets to maybe -10 at the most (about 4 degrees F)
maybe it gets colder but i dont pay attention.
ok. to help you with understanding more about me, i have provided a map.
i was born in Darwin (very hot) in the north of Australia.
about 5 years ago (2001) i moved to Brisbane (best weather, beaches, girls in the country)
