I'm assuming it will team based. What would be the max players for each team?

as many as you can fit on a team

so 9 maximum


Just like Alpha Squad would say, "We recommend you bring a full squad if you plan on getting the full 100 points per mission."

The maps will probably be some of the more recent mods that came out in the past weeks...... (Mosque, The Outpost, Villa/Cartel)

Nothing final yet, as me and leary are still working on missions.

We just want to see if there are more than 4 people that want to play in it. =P

Suggestion for the missions, what about making versions designed for 2 or 3 player teams. This would allow more teams and since the Coop community is small on the Mac side it could help the tournament.

Well sometimes its a lil hard to design a mission that only requires 2-3 players. You start with a template and it just grows into it's own monster, but who's to say that they can't be done with 2-3 skilled players. We aren't tryin to make cheesey lil' missions here. hehe =P

The max amount on a team will be between 6-9 players, if squads choose to use 3 players than thats their choice. I actually even doubt there will be any teams with more than 6 players anyway, but lets give the people the amount that the coop mode allows.

We should save room on the server for an observer, so the teams would be a max of 8.

I bet the mish i'm working on now could be done with 3 very good people, though I don't know how high they'd score.

and btw, Virt - the FPS on this is really really good. i sent you screenshots of all the objectives.

I wasn't suggesting to scrap the current missions. I was just trying to think of a way to get the most out of the few Coop people we have.
