Could you upload the mod and PM a link of it to me? It'll help iron out any bugs for a new release in a day or two. I thought I had that problem fixed, but we'll see.

I wouldn't expect CE maps to work correctly without a CE bitmaps.map in the same folder (or however you're doing that). Unless of course they're internal bitmaps which sword ought to have working by now. Same reason harbinger has a "find all" option.

what he needs is a transfer all.....to extract CE bitmaps and put them in the bitmaps.map

Well that'd be just plain stupid. Stand a good chance of corrupting a perfectly good map file. I don't see many times when you'd be modding a map you can't play. If sword's code is up to par which by all appearances it should be, then there should be zero difference between loading a CE map with CE bitmaps.map and a normal map with normal bitmaps.map (or a demo map with demo bitmaps.map).

Awesome job, Sword! i look forward to next versions with fixed bugs!

some bugs i'd like to report:

- vehicles can't be duplicated.
Image

- race flags/oddball spawns do not show.
Image

- mp_warthogs are not completely visible
Image

- the chaingun ghost
Image LOL fake!

- vehicles cannot be swapped.
(i.e. i want to swap a ghost with a scorpion. it cant be.)

Overall though, I must congratulate you, Sword, on a job well done. Thanks for the terrific modding application, which will more then likely make creating Outpost 49 a helluva lot easier (once exams are over...)!

P.S. Whoever said that Eschaton is screwed because of SwordEdit, you're wrong. SwordEdit is a spectacular Scenario editor - but that's all it can do. I know I'll still rely on Eschaton for the bulk of my modding.

Many thanks to the people who have made my years on MGM and on Halo Demo so memorable.
