I'll swiftly put a stop to any unfairness now.
Force: 3 or lower.
Stun: Not allowed-recent tests by me showed that stun is too unfair.
Shield-skipping: Not allowed.
Extremely large damage radiuses: Not allowed.

My weapon had a stun of 0.5. The stun time was higher. It made people flinch like crazy and go pretty slow for a good 2-3 seconds, whereas the rest of the gun's capabilities rendered the target dead within that time.

Not sure. I'd say, anything that extends to being the size of one bloodgulch base or larger. It should be agreed upon by everyone.

Could you make a gun that spawns spartans, then experiment with different distances? Or would that be too hard?
Anyway, I'd say no bigger than a normal explosion, or, like, at the least only 1 or 2 above the radius for a normal explosion.
Edit: Except, also, the damage of the explosion should be modified to be smaller the larger the explosion, like with # of projectiles fired and so on.

'Nother thing I just realized, heh, it wasn't my stun that was at 0.5, it was the force. however, that combination caused the flinching and craziness. I still say no stun, or, if anything, a stun lower than that of the plasma pistol.
