This is so people don't clog the forum up with conversions. Since it's so simple using harbinger, there's really no reason to post a converted file.

Any of the official posts where harbinger can be downloaded explain how it works and the various options in more than enough detail.

yes but only a a very very few because single player maps take allot of effort to make so the author is more inclined to protect the map.
